This now includes finding the right job.  We've created this site so that employers and talented professionals can find each other as well as taking a new innovative approach of signing other technical blogs as affiliates to a revenue sharing model so that the tech community can better support itself.

In addition to aggregating job feeds in numerous places on the internet, the Codebetter model also helps to ensure quality and honest postings by requiring the actual company name on all ads, and by having survey questions about the company culture and work environment available that can help quality candidates find quality companies.
